We began by trying to understand the sector and our clients' positions in the space to better understand how to position them.
This line of exploration helped us identify how to better represent the brand through logo and visual identity, where to position ChainFlow online (LinkedIn, Listicle websites), and the tools that could help with their growth (Sales decks, etc.).
Given the diverse nature of their clients, we chose to use the one item that was consistently seen throughout the supply chain flow - the box.
By using an open box in the logo, we hoped to represent how ChainFlow was adaptable and inviting. The iconography was also identifiable across languages and cultures. The added conveyor belt helped to show forward motion and progress.

To better represent the brand, we used logo text that would stand out among the more commonly used texts. This also helped us incorporate an element of the sector's long presence.
We further enunciated the brand flow by adding chain elements to the text, making it recognizable both on its own and alongside the logo elements.
